Every role at Next Scalability is measured on what reaches production — pipeline delivered, playbooks shipped, automations live. Strategy is table stakes; execution is what we pay for.

Operator mindset

We're a team of former in-house marketers + engineers. We don't sub out the thinking. If you've run it, you'll recognise the shape of the work here.

Remote-first, deep-work-first

Four-hour overlap with CET, the rest is async. Meetings are for decisions; Slack is for signal; calendars are for deep work. Results-measured, not seat-time.

Stay small, stay sharp

We prefer one more automation to one more hire. Every team member owns a channel end-to-end. You won't be a cog in someone else's roadmap.
