FAQ

How engagements actually work

The questions we field during scoping, answered up front. If the shape of the work isn't a fit, that's clear before a single call.

Do I have to buy all five services?
No. Each of the five pillars — performance marketing, market intelligence, multi-channel, business development, AI-powered — runs as its own retainer. Most engagements start with one or two and expand once the first playbooks land. Multi-pillar discounts kick in from pillar three.
What's the minimum engagement length?
Three months. Anything shorter and you're paying for discovery without keeping the operators long enough to ship payoff. If we don't see a path to ROI in month one, we say so and refund month two.
Do you take equity or performance-only deals?
Occasionally. We'll consider equity on top of a reduced retainer for operator-team roles on Series A / B startups where the fit is obvious. We don't do pure performance-only (commission on pipeline) because it misaligns incentives at the 60-day mark.
How is this different from hiring in-house?
Speed + breadth. An operator-team costs ~$40k/month fully loaded to reproduce internally and takes 6 months to ramp. We ship playbooks you keep forever — after 12-18 months most clients do move this work in-house, and we help with the handoff.
What deliverables do we actually own?
Every automation, Zap, n8n flow, GA4 event map, ad-account structure, attribution layer, and SOP we ship is yours. We don't encrypt configs, we don't put scripts behind our domain, and we don't gate credentials. The day the engagement ends, you have the keys.
