Market Intelligence

Intelligence-backed strategy that positions you ahead of competitors.

Ongoing research into buyer behavior, category shifts, and competitor moves — translated into decisions your team can act on this week, not findings that sit in a deck. We operate like a fractional intelligence arm for your go-to-market leadership.

Updated homepage + sales-collateral copy grounded in buyer language. Sales battle cards for the top 3 competitors.

FAQ

The things you’d ask on a call.

Is this a one-off project or ongoing?
Both models exist. Initial engagement is a 6–8 week intelligence sprint. Most clients continue with quarterly retainer for ongoing monitoring and messaging refresh.
Will you talk to our customers directly?
Yes — we run 8–15 interviews per engagement, always with explicit customer consent, recorded with permission, and synthesized anonymously in briefs unless a customer opts in to be named.
How is this different from a research agency?
Research agencies deliver reports. We deliver positioning, battle cards, and updated sales copy your team uses this quarter. The research is a means; operational output is the deliverable.
